​Sustainable Boards was delighted to launch The Cosec Collective - Ireland FS, a peer community of company secretaries working in financial services in Ireland - a space for open exchange, building connections, and sharing practical insights.

​Our launch was kindly hosted by the governance team at AIB.

​The morning featured a panel of experienced governance professionals sharing their perspectives on evolving subsidiary governance challenges in financial services, followed by an open discussion and informal networking.

​The session was moderated by Susan Stenson, Founder and CEO of Sustainable Boards.

​The hope is that this group will become a vibrant community, a supportive space for meaningful peer relationships and candid exchanges.
